However, I've rethought it out, and have come up with some ways I would use Ogryns:
1 If I can somehow cope with the fluff of the unit, Ogre Bulls from the Ogre Kingdoms Fantasy range mixed with Ork shootas would make for some unique and good looking units. Plastics rule baby. However, the fluff of my regiment doesn't jibe with Ogryns AT ALL...
2 ...Which brings me to my other idea. My regiment is a high-tech drop regiment. Highly disciplined, highly trained, technologically advanced, few numbers. Unfortunately, Ogryns have mulitple wounds and such, so it occured to me. Crisis Suits have multiple wounds but that's because of the suit, not necessarily the Fire Warrior inside. So my unit will probably include a unit of Assault Frames (Yeah, big fan of an old TV show named Exo-Squad) which will use the rules for Ogryns, but will use different models.
Anyone else?

if your using ogryns to capture table quarters, then its okay, but you should give them a chimera and a commisar if you can afford it.

Except that since they aren't a Guard Infantry unit the only way to give them a commissar is to have independent commissars and then they become much less useful as they can be targeted in close combat.

at the rate that ogryns move, they have time to tackle my tanks and come back for the Ogryns. Ogryns don't rate very high as a threat when they move 6" a turn and only pose a threat in CC.. people will always shoot at Leman Russ first...

If I could justify them in my army, that's exactly the way I'd do mine.

Ogre Kingdom Bulls make FANTASTIC Ogryns, I recently picked up a pack and along with some spare Heavy Bolters and Autocannon bits have managed to make a fairly decent looking bunch.
Personally I only take along my Ogryns when fighting other fighter-lite armies (Other Guard, Tau, Necrons). Still, a nice characterful unit if you got the Greenstuffin skills.
